The telephoto tube will be fitted on the dovetail by two rings.
The carriage will slide on two 8 mm round guides by means of linear bearings, and its movement will be ensured by a stainless steel screw coupled to a nylon nut with negative play. This nut will be mounted tight in the body of the carriage.
The lens body will be mounted on this carriage instead of the tripod clamp.
