This is an autonomous battery power supply, which can deliver the voltages useful for the practice of nomadic astronomy.
It is recharged from the mains, or via solar panels (practical for a bivouac over several nights).
Several power supplies and regulators inside can deliver the following voltages :
* 230 Vac 50Hz Pure Sinus
* 19 Vdc (Laptop)
* 16 Vdc (Laptop too)
* 12 Vdc (regulated & stabilized, two power supplies)
* 7,5 Vdc (DSLR)
* 5 Vdc (charge phone and small devices)
Each power supply can be turned on or off separately. The two stabilized 12 Vdc channels are useful for separating distorting loads (heating, mount motors, etc), from sensitive loads (USB hub, etc).
A remote connector (Sub DC 37 F) is provided to supply a “table console”. This console, in addition to delivering the voltage outputs, allows power supplies to be started and stopped remotely.
The outputs are available on standard DC connectors, or on GX16 power connectors, for supplying distribution "octopuses" at the foot of use.
The AGM lead battery has a capacity of 65 Ah. A low battery alarm is provided in order to properly exit the session when the battery reaches its capacity limit.
A read current / voltage of each power supply is provided, and of course that the battery data.
Fans are provided in the rear part, which can be disconnected if necessary.
All these features are integrated in a 19-inch rack.
